It’s great to see you as an employer taking this into account. There’s also the added factor of families all being stuck at home together. In my house we have an furloughed adult child who usually only stays a few weeks of the year and two teenagers desperately missing college interaction and friends.

Not conducive to a working environment for myself and my partner.
